Being new to running I'm not only enjoying the physical challenges of running but also loving reading all of your inspirational comments on the forum. Another huge benefit for me has been jumping out of bed and throwing on my running gear ready for a run rather than lying in bed overthinking and over worrying. Having recently retired I've found more time for worrying but this programme is really helping me find a way to be more positive and calmer in everyday life. For this I'm so grateful.
