Think I found the right pace today as I managed all the runs no problem! Felt good to do it and I know that next week will be a test of my stamina but today has taught me that yes I can!

Yes, you absolutely can! I've just completed week 5 (last run this morning ) and honestly never thought I would be capable of running 5 minutes, let alone 20! Believe in yourself and yep, keep a slow pace. Good luck!
