Very well done. Don't be scared, if you've done all right so far you'll be fine. Remember you can always take extra rest days or repeat runs if needs be. Slow and steady and you'll suprise yourself. :)

You will do it, just believe it :)

So Polly how big was your smile then? Week 4 is another phase of your running development, you are already 1/3 of the way through the programme. How good does that feel?

It feels good 😊 yeah 1/3 down but I reckon the next 2/3 might be my downfall!! Day at a time I guess?

in reply to Polly2810

No downfalls here, just people who slowly trucked through the programme. Take each day and run at a time, it does work. Promise

Yeah i guess it doesn't matter if I have to repeat runs just so long as I get there in the end. Positive thoughts 😊

You have absolutely nothing to worry about Polly, I'm on week 4 run 3 tomorrow, you will be amazed at how you'll get through. Good luck and enjoy.

Think we all start of being scared of the next week, I know I did.

Taking a look at what was to come the next week and thinking "I can't do that" but going out and doing it, why because that's what the programme does.

It takes you steadily week by week in achievable steps as I am now discovering.

Think it was week 4 where I stopped worrying and being scared of the next week and started realising I was becoming a runner, this morning I went out and ran w8r1 and with no worries about not being able to do it, but with joy and excitement knowing I was going to do it.

So next week best foot forward, slowwww and steady and then come back and tell us just how well you've done
