Ooh I am a bit perplexed, so well done if you did the 25 mins and are feeling great. It's a toughy to do that one. But if I have mis-read and it didn't quite go to plan, then don't beat yourself up. And you didn't eff word. You practiced and added some kms and stamina into the bank. Good luck next time out...

No and i was gutted we ran in an unknown area and the start of the run was up hill not a steep gradient but even trying to slow down a little did not help and I ended up walking twice I ran for about 20 mins in all
Okay....so, nearly there... and you know why you blipped...
Repeat the run and this time.... slow as you like.... then slower... and relax into it... you can do this... and we will be right there with you!
Hi joiiz66 👋aww so what pick yourself up & start all over again don't be a quitter be a winner each time you will get future & you must always believe that & believe in yourself & innerstrength body mind soul spirit will pick you up & carry you it will be easy peasie lemonade qweesy . I say that a lot to myself when I don't get my attempts right just with walking pushes me so am pushing you to spur me on as my aim is to walk more my goal is to walk quicker / run is my goal .
