Been reading for a while so thought I'd post for the first time. This morning I completed week 5 run 3 and managed it! Before hand I didn't believe I was going to be able to step up from 8 to 20 minutes but I did it! What surprised me though is how much of a psychological battle it is more than a fitness issue?!

Absolutely, I honestly believe that Week 5 Run 3 is the toughest hurdle to get over. I've just completed week 6 and realise that I now only need to go for an extra 5 minutes. Really well done, onwards and upwards and look out your graduation outfit.

This is good to hear, as I completed W5 run 2 this morning and have run 3 on Monday. It does feel quite a big step up! I am trying to think positively and tell myself that I am ready for it!

Well done for completing it Buttonmoon88 ! You must be very pleased!

I did mine today too. At one point, about halfway I think it was, Michael did mention that it's more psychological than anything else today. So true. My body just did as it was told, reluctantly in parts 😂 feels amazing doesn't it? Well done xx

Yehhhhh ✨✨✨✨ well done you . I love reading these posts as helps me believe I can do it too 💫💫

Clever programme isn't it? I don't there is one of us who hasn't looked at that increase and thought the makers were seriously off their collective rockers.... but the grin afterwards...

And it is the mental battle because you've been building up physically, without understanding that's what you were doing. Well done you
