Either it's my very young age, (49), or I am completely losing it ππ
It's only dawned on me right now, when i was about to create this post, that I thought, which wk am I on? This also dawned on me when I commenced my run tonight and 3 minutes through wk 5, run 1, I thought, haven't I done Wk 5 in total?
So, I stopped the podcast and thought I must have done Wk 5. So I started on wk 6 : R 1. π€
I completed run 1 and although tiring, I felt quite chuffed. I am still unsure whether I've done wk 5, run 2 and 3 as I have not uploaded them.
If this is the case, will it matter that I've jumped 2 runs of week 5? I honestly can't recall. My 2nd run this week should have been Wednesday, but I was unable to do that run.
My guessing is that I've have skipped the 2nd and 3rd run of wk 5.
Wk 6 : R 1 was challenging, but surprisingly, I seemed to have coped well. This isn't me showing off as I wouldn't be like that, me, the one who couldn't run for half a minute, let alone for 1 minute.
Will I have done any damage to future wks?
So chuffed I've done it either way. 8 minutes seemed to drag, then it sped up.

Ah you missed 2. Sorry to tell you and also there's a good reason for doing them too. W5 is a mixing it up week. You may find yourself in trouble trying to continue with W6. I don't want to rain on your parade as the song goes, but would hate you to get injured. Nonetheless it's a cracking effort and you should be proud.

Jancanrun - probably best I go back to run 2 of wk 5 then? If it's advised and recommended, then I will do what's best for me π I was thinking about it too all the way through that it didn't seem right, haha.

Aww, thank you all so far, your encouragement means a lot π I'm not really familiar with my profile or notification settings on here just yet, but I had a nose around yesterday and catching up with it all, lol.
