Hi all, that's run 2 week 4 completed, it felt really good, but the lower part of my left knee is very sore, hope this doesn't scupper my progress. 😁😣

If it is "very" sore maybe rest up. Don't hurt yourself. Hopefully your rest day will help.

As they say aches okay, pain is not. Hope it's the former. Rest and see where you are and how you feel. Good luck with the resting and the running

I normally feel a bit sore after a run - if it's just post-run body protests, don't worry about it too much. If it's still a bit tweaky tomorrow be aware. If, by the time you next come to run it's still feeling uncomfortable then maybe give yourself an extra rest day. I know how difficult it is - you're getting into the habit of running, actually enjoying it (at least once you've finished) and then something like this happens. It happened to me. If it's any consolation, I imagined my fitness would drop off after over 2 weeks of rest but, actually, it was fine! Good luck!

Okay... massage, stretch and roll if possible!

Rest day tomorrow with exercise... if it is painful when you head out again... do not run through it... see how you go!

But, well done :)
