Week 4 Run 2 - Central Park

Phew! I did it. Legs like less after days and days or walking 25k+ steps and getting fewer hours of sleep but I did one of the things I set out to achieve of my holiday and that was to complete part of my C25K in Central Park.

I’ll admit it was hard but I followed the advice of Jo Whiley and kept telling myself something positive such as “i’m Bloody running in Central Park!”

Tired now and I’m need of a 2 day rest before I complete the last part of week 4 back on home soil.

Congratulations on getting to week 4, run 3, it must be quite a experience running in Central Park New York, I bet you saw many more running around the park as well, I wonder if anyone would be doing C25K, who knows. 😊, well done.

Running is a great way to see NYC. Try a run along the Hudson River it’s beautiful.

That’s so cool! Would love to run in Central Park! Never even been to America though! Glad it was so motivational too, I can imagine! I think for my run today I’ll try and picture myself somewhere more exotic than south London! Lol! Have a great time!

Fantastic! It puts my runs round the local football pitches in the shade. :)

That’s great! So great, that perhaps I’ll steal your idea when I go in a few weeks time 😂 if you don’t mind, of course!
