W7R1 - I overtook Slugs & snails 🐌

Up before work this morning for this one, as yesterday was a complete wash out, after slight struggles with W6r3, the gremlins were starting to emerge about this week! So up & out illegally early as my niece once described pre 0800hrs (she def wouldn't have liked today's 0615hrs 😂😂) after the downpour of yesterday & overnight the slugs & snails were in abundance on the route, but apart from overtaking some I left them to go about their day without being viciously murdered so early in the day! So pleased with myself as I ran a loop of our village without stopping, home, showered & at work before 0800hrs!!

I even managed a photo of the local horses 🐴 checking me out😜

Bring on R2 before my holiday to the heatwave of Southern Europe hits ☀️☀️☀️

I think I bored my colleagues telling them 'I've been for a run this morning!' but yes We are runners.

Slugs and snails still alive. You are a humanitarian runner. Or is that a gastropodian runner? And all before 8 am. Brilliantly done us Week 7ers are aiming for gold.
