I can't actually believe it but I've completed week 5! Even though we are on holiday I was determined to stick to the programme. So went out running yesterday morning with my mum and daughter and did the run I'd been dreading - 20 minutes non stop! We were so pleased with ourselves. I had to push especially for the last 2 minutes but we made it. I'm so pleased. But I have a question, after this run why does week 6 Run 1 go back to 5 minute and 8 minute runs with walks in between?

Just to keep you guessing... :)

No.... it is all about the discipline in our running; continuing the ethos of the whole structure of C25K, building up strength and stamina within the runs.... you are ready for it and you will do it.

Just take each run steady and slowly and by the last run of the week, you will find you are totally at ease with it:)

Trust the programme and have faith in yourself too:)

Look how far you have come... all of you... well done!

Completed W5 whilst on holiday. What great commitment. Well done you
