Camran, you are right- this is a great community of runners. Keep posting and receiving support and then as you grow in confidence (as you will), you can support the people who are starting after you.

We're onto your case now, there's no going back 😜 This forum is magic, you'll feel at home here.

We'll make a runner of you. Nobody fails around here unless they stay on the couch. You won't find a more supportive community for new runners than this one.

You can do it.

Hi and welcome... think I missed your first post!

Good job I did.. I think you used the 'f' word...you had a blip.. an dd start.. a practice run...:) No one ever f**** :)

You are going to be just fine.. slow and steady does it... take us with you on your runs.. we are great company!

Take your rest days and listen to your body.. which may grumble a bit at first. Ask questions, no matter what they are... someone will have the answer or advice...

Look forward to your next running post :)
