Not at all Mummycav😊. Having a little break is actually quite good for you, and you may actually have a surprisingly good run...

Stay postive, stay slow and steady and tick off that next run.

You are older and wiser now too😊, so you know what to do. xxx

I had a wee break from my routine and was dreading w3 d1 as I thought I would not manage but went out today and i was pleasantly surprised and no sore bits afterwards (bonus) if I can do it I'm sure you can. Positive thinking

But you did walk the Whitby steps....you'll be fine. You'll run better after a break as you won't have previous runs in your legs. Just get out there and enjoy.

You'll be fine. Will probably come back stronger. We all need time for other activities.

Heck no worries, you have had a rest so good to go! Enjoy🏃🏻‍♀️😀

You will be fine. I had a couple of enforced breaks of 5 and 7 days during the programme but had no problem picking up again. No excuses, just get out again whenever you can.

4 days no problems at all, 4 weeks maybe, 4 months definitely and 4 years, well we all know that's definitely back to W1R1. You'll do well after a little break. Looking forward to seeing your highly refreshed update
