Parkrun PB 4th week running

We were Parkrun tourists today, visiting Wolverhampton. Both hubby and I got PB's, his being 21:21 and mine 29:02. We were both 2nd in our age categories. He came 15th overall and I was 29th female out of 106 females. That will be our last Parkrun for a couple of weeks as we head off on holiday next Saturday. I will however, get a couple more runs in before we go, and hopefully get to 10K distance on B2 10K, but then it's 2 weeks off running. This will give my sore joints some much needed rest after 17 months of uninterrupted running. We will be walking and possibly swimming though, so some exercise will be occurring!

Oldfloss may say "Slow and steady" but she is just like the rest of us when it comes to pbs, we all love that pink and smug feeling.

Well done, great times. have a good holiday.
