Graduation run at Parkrun!

Graduation run at Parkrun!

Hi everyone! Feeling very motivated here! Hubby and i have completed our graduation run today at our local parkrun. Absolutely loved it! i came in at 35.22 and hubby 10 seconds earlier. We did it with the members of our couch 25k running group, really lovely people and we are all doing the bridge to 10k starting on monday. Hubby has also volunteered to help at the parkruns on some saturdays when im at work. Cant quite believe we have done it! Really recommend the couch25k ....it really works!!
