Park run

[Mallard1981]

So went along to another park run yesterday and the only stat I was interested in was my time. So I waited with baited breath and my txt came through I had gone from 30m 14s at my first park run two weeks ago to yesterday's great time of 28m 42s a new PB and one very happy person. I used to play football as a goalkeeper as I hated running now I have been well and truly bitten by the running bug.

This is great! Well done! My park run pb is 43min but on Strava I am improving my pace slowly! Keep it up!

Wow well done. I’m on W8 and not sure I’d be brave enough to try Parkrun when I graduate! Do you do it on your own?

Thank you, it completely different to running on your own. I'm now running 3 times a week twice on my own and once a week with a friend who completed a marathon last year it's provides a little competition and banter
