I have been running the c25k+ podcasts and apart from some festivity days off i have run every other day.
But i was a bit skivy of the gym and it's been gnawing at me that i haven't done any other exercise such as yoga/pilates/stretching.
Well i got up today, took the girls to school and just went to the gym! Very proud.
So hopefully i will do a group class 3 times a week as well as the running. That will make me feel SO good!
(I get sooo bored with all the women at these classes.. too many women together is high pitched noise. Sorry about that! Running solo is so much more fun!!)

Iβm off for an induction at the gym my husband and I joined last week. I will need to succumb to the treadmill at some point and I have no idea how to use one, or how to run on it! π³πββοΈπ³
Thank you! It feels good when we make GOOD decisions! I just hope i stick to it... i have been known for being quick at excuses when it comes to THE GYM.
So! How was it? Like i said, i have walked on the treadmill but how was the running? Did you find the knobs alright? And how was it boredom-wise? Cos that's what stops me. The hamster feeling!
