Hi.

Thank you so much to everyone on here (as well as my Dear Husband and Dear Daughter) for all the encouragement over the last few weeks. I did my final run of the programme yesterday and was so pleased (and surprised) to have got to this point! I'm not really a forum poster but I have enjoyed reading all the comments; it's been an incredibly uplifting experience for this overweight, middle aged woman! I feel as if I now know all my bovine running buddies personally (in the photo) by eartag!

Now I just need to continue making the effort!

You did it! Well done.

Consolidate 3x30mins runs per week for a few weeks to strengthen and ingrain the habit.

The world is your running track, fellow runner.

Congratulations :)

As IannodaTruffe says..move on and consolidate those 30 minute runs... then decide where your running journey will take you next!

You will be moooo-ving forward anyway :) x
