Can't keep it a secret but I only went and smashed it. It hasn't been easy it took me 11 weeks and battled with being diagnosed anaemic and under active thyroid. So happy. For all those people just starting please believe in yourself and if you follow the programme with patience you'll achieve.

And neither should you keep it a secret - shout it out as loud as you can. Well done. It's a great achievement.

Brilliant and with all those challenges to overcome at the same time too. You're right patience is the key. Enjoy your nice shiny happy graduation badge

Congratulations on graduating! 🙂 I hope you are able to keep up your running despite your thyroid issues. Good luck on the next stage off your running journey!

Well done you 👏

Many congratulations on graduating. I have anaemia, thyroid and B12 issues to deal with as well but I'm damned if I'll let them beat me 😁

That's what I keep saying to myself it's my body not my thyroids. If I do it first thing before 8am then I have the strength and energy x

Plan on doing week 9 just for luck for rest of august then doing a virtual race of 50miles September and then fingers crossed start heading towards 10K. Long term plan is to do a 10K next May which will be nearly a year since starting.
