W7R2 - new shoes nicely bedded in.

The youngest was up when I arrived back this morning and kindly pointed out I was a lovely shade of red 😂 I replied smugly that this is in fact the official C25K colour, thank you very much! This was my third run in my new trail shoes (i honestly did not choose them because they match my t-shirt, just luckily co-ordinated)...they have been well and truly bedded in now, the gel in the soles is amazing; 25 minutes and no calf pain. I use to suffer with this so bad when I did aerobics and was starting to get twinges on the earlier runs. Just need to build up my stamina now. Started off a bit quicker than usual cos Edna the dog down the road was out on her walk and was barking at Alan so I needed to get out of the way fast. 🏃🏻‍♀️💨 that, and I obviously needed to look like a knew what I was doing 😂

Paula you know we should have our own shades of red colour chart, officially sanctioned by C25K. Then we could choose our own depending on fitness and mood. Love those shoes. Well done on W7 progress close to the shiny happy badge now
