Well done on getting out. If you complete a run move on to the next one.

Just keep it really slow and steady.... you are doing just fine, but move on to the next run.

Take it slower than a slow snail on a go-slow and enjoy the beautiful sea views... breathe in that sea-air, relax and just do it:)

Because you can!

Well done on running whilst on holiday. I live in Italy an de it's been up to 40 degrees of late, so here are some tips, I can't claim the credit as they all come from the wonderful people here.

Running outside gives you time to look at things, so go slow as @oldfl

Sorry pressed wrong button... Oldfloss always says. Try putting your water bottle in the freezer, either fully or half filled and Top up with tap water. It gives you something to hold which is cool and is refreshing when you need it. Spray or rinse your vest with water, it gives welcome coolness when you run. Wet your hair and my all time favourite beauty tip put conditioner in it at the same time. Then you are running and conditioning.... it's a corny joke but the tip does work. If it's a new area do an early morning walk to see where the shadows fall. I am a shadow chaser as avoiding full sun is an absolute must. Good luck fellow W6er
