Well I completed it but I must remember not to say that my other half can take my inhaler in case our son needs it! Wheezing like a steam train now waiting for them to complete their 5k run!! Also it doesn't help when you think you are 1 run ahead of yourself!! But I completed it so onwards and upwards!!

Go you!!!!

There is something to be learned from every single run, good or bad.

Keep running, keep smiling.

I use my inhaler before my run, regardless, that way I know I have at least 4 hours of 'open' lungs...possibly. I have found if I mouth breathe its much harder, but if I breathe through my nose I can control my asthma much much better. That said, I used my inhaler today and lost my concentration and started mouth breathing in the cold air..and yeah, not my best idea LOL. My doc is also asthmatic and a marathon runner and he was the one who told me to use my inhaler if I am planning on running

Thanks, always take it before, will have to try the nose breathing. I hate cold air!!
