I just completed Week 1 Run 2 and already found it easier than Run 1. Last time I was struggling to get to the end of the 60 seconds but this time kept powering through, very proud of myself! I also remembered to stretch afterwards this time!
I tried couch to 5K last year but ended up stopping at week 4 because I had a very busy couple of weeks and never got back to it after that. Glad to have started again, feeling better already!
