im on W2 run 3 tomorrow. After the soreness has stopped im beginning to enjoy it. Week 3 might slow me down though cause it looks tough.
You’re going to love it!

Hi,
I'm not really a newbie. But I haven't graduated and due to foot injury I had to restart the program. Yesterday was my W1R2
I completed W2R3 this morning, and have decided to redo week 2, before moving up as there's no way I'm ready for a 3min run. 90sec nearly kills me. Slow and steady wins the race (or so my 5yr old tells me!)

I have just completed Week 2 R2. I know that it’s early days yet, but I have gone from thinking that I could never be a runner, to the realisation and excitement that I actually can! Happy running! 😊
