First Training Session Done

Diaryofanunfitmother profile image

Proud to report back that I have completed the first Training Session. All hot and sweaty and now off to buy Kafir milk to see if it staved off sugar cravings.

The only bad part was of today was waking up late for work and not weighing myself this morning. Moment of truth will have to wait for tomorrow morning.

Will keep you posted folks!

Well done, but don't hold your breath if you are expecting to lose weight.........it is unlikely to happen by running C25K alone.

Measure yourself, though and you will almost definitely see a change in vital statistics and a firming up of your lower body.

Well done, just the start of something great. Not sure I understand all those statistics on the screen but hope the kefir worked. Hope your next session goes well and don't pester about weight loss. Getting fitter is just as important.
