Have been redoing W6 because of a pause for the IC and then was a bit poorly, and was wondering if I'd manage the 25 minutes - but yay, I did it this morning! And quite enjoyed it!
Yet again, relearned that slow is the way to go - it was mostly OK because I kept to a really slow pace - my new mantra is made up of two phrases of the lovely Laura -
'just a light jog
just a light jog
you can definitely do this'!
Wish me luck with W7 - it was W7R3 that I think hurt my back last time. Prob because I was trying too hard and engaged the wrong muscles. Have been doing some core strength exercises to try and help with that.
Thanks for being here guys! Knowing I could come here and post really helped keep me going!

I go to a yoga class which includes some core work, and I've also been doing something on YouTube from 'Yoga with Adrienne' which focuses on core muscles
Well done for coming back from injury and good luck with week 7.
Well done on doing this and I love the mantra. Oldfloss would approve most highly. Good luck with W7
Good luck just done W6R2 myself after enforced break too. Also re learnt slow is good and enjoyed it. Only thing got me was the song with the words so easy sounded like so wheezy!
I break into a smile on Laura's podcast when that strange kind of reggae-style one comes on BECAUSE IT'S THE LAST SONG - I'm minutes from finishing!!! I could scream with happiness( if I had any breath left)!! If I heard it on the radio at home I'd turn it off in disgust but in this context I LOOOOOVE it!!!!😁
