A good run today, ended using doing 35 minutes running and broke into intervals with a very slight (1kph) pick up of the pace in the intervals. I was pleasantly surprised that I covered 4.5km.
Struggling to breathe and having shin splints and cramps after W1R1 seems like it happened to somebody else.
I've planned a run on Thursday and then Saturday my first ever park run will be my graduation π π π π₯
I haven't been around ( or running βΉοΈ) for a while. But today was the day to get back to it!π Happy to say I managed 30 minutes, slow and steady π
So pleased π it felt great to get back out there. And it was a relief that all my earlier hard work, graduating, hadn't gone to waste ππΆ
I went out this evening and struggled. Attempted 5k and had to walk after the first 2k of running. Walked for 400 meters and ran again for 600 meters before walking again. I walked for 1k and the ran the last kilometre. Just could not do it this evening. But hey at least I got out. Next one will be better. It was my 2nd post graduation run.
