Was really chuffed to complete this run but running for 3 minutes was tough! Pushed me to my absolutely limit! Or current limit I hope.

Oldfloss is so right, current limit is spot on. You will look back and seriously giggle at the thought of 3 minutes. When you first hear the 3 minute warning giggles are close to hysterical disbelief at the thought of doing it. But in time you will smile smugly at the thought that you could chase a bus for 5kms....
