WEEK 1

I found it a struggle at first and have needed to do 5 runs before I could manage the 60 seconds run and 90 seconds. Felt so pleased once I could do it. Should I be able to do this easily before moving on to week 2?

Don't worry, your doing great! As long as you complete each run, you can move on. Some people like to repeat runs/weeks, but its really up to you. As long as you go slow you'll do fantastic! :-) Gayle

Thanks felt disappointed initially when it took me till the 5th run to complete. Have now done it again for the 2nd time for next run may move to week 2. I desperately want to do it

I would do what Laura says...do it completely 3x before moving on, don't ignore Laura ;-)

So far I have done week 1 5 Times but only managed all 8 runs twice.

I want to be able to do all 8 runs a couple more times before moving on to week 2 so I know it wasn't a fluke haha

Stick to the plan, follow the programme and you will get there, don't worry about speed or distance, focus on the running and Laura.

All of a sudden you will find you you are running better, for longer and more comfortably than you thought you could.

Thanks for you encouragement, its great to hear Im not the only one to struggle I imagine other people to find it ok and to be able to run it the first time. Have done week 2 run 1 this evening managed to do 3 x90 second runs but then struggled with the other 3
