I'm coming up (2 runs left) to graduating and have a tentative plan for a 10K in late September. I was hoping to find an app to follow directly on from the NHS C25K one with Michael Johnson and Jo Whiley. I can't find one on line and wonder if I have missed it somehow. I'm assuming it will be the Bridge to 10K that people talk about.
I've listened to the one with Laura and really could not deal with the awful music. I run on a road through the countryside and need to be aware of cars - it's also nice to hear the birds and cows.
It would be for a Samsung phone. Any advice would be great.

Consolidating your 30 minute runs, varying routes and distance and then... after a couple of weeks, maybe using the C25K + podcasts which are really useful. Many of the graduates use and used them as they continue this journey of building our running legs! They each focus on a different discipline.
After that, maybe moving across to the Bridge to 10K forum, where you will be given lots and lots of advice and suggestions about moving forward.
