Hey everyone. Feeling lost again. Graduated 2 weeks ago but feeling a little lost without someone pushing me along.

Any suggestions for apps to use for 10k???

If you need the voice in your ear give Nike run club a go... it will get you to pretty much any distance with plans and their guided runs rock.

I got really confused by the Nike+ app and the connection to the web app. Couldn't find a page where they weren't trying to flog me a load of shorts or shirts. I know a lot of people say they're excellent but I just can't make it work for me.

I'll probably go with Runkeeper after the 5k to 10k app. Although they charge 30 quid a year for coaching etc...

All ads are well hidden on mine, apart from on the feed. On all running and data screens there’s either no ads or you have to scroll down! Nike guided runs are where I thought Peet could find what they were looking for.

Does the subscription to runkeeper remove the 3rd party ads?

I'm going to use the 5k to 10k app by Active. It's as close as I could get to another dose of Laura. :-)

I am in the last week of this program it is great I’m due to do my first 10K this week 👍 I have really enjoyed it

Hi Peet. Lots of people seem to feel lost after graduating, and after the initial euphoria of the podium and a couple of ‘flying solo’ consolidation runs, it starts to rear the question, “ok, what’s next?”

Ultimately I want to get to 10k, but personally I don’t feel able to jump into the B210K plan just yet. I’m a bit 🐌🐌 for that I feel!

So here’s what I’m doing, and I’m loving it. There’s no voice coach/app involved though, just a killer playlist ...... I’m running 3 times per week. 1 x 4k (trying to improve the pace a little each time), Parkrun (or 5k if the Saturday isn’t an option), and a “long” run - I started off at 5k, and I’m increasing it by 0.25k each week.

I got the idea off a helpful soul on here (thanks Jay if you’re reading this 😀) and it’s worked wonders. I have a structure again and I’m seeing results. 👏👏👏

Thanks hun. So just a playlist and working out distance 4K, 5k, etc.

Been out of action again with flu so hopefully be up to try Hingis our soon.

I'm a fan of 'zombies, run!' as you can set your goal, either in km or time, and they help you along with a little story while you run. It also let's you play music in the background.
