I am really pleased - graduated today with a park run. Managed to complete the 5k in 33 mins which is quicker than I have been running and 10th in my age group. So motivating running with other people. I just kept a steady pace and then at the end decided to give it my all! Really pleased, never thought 9 weeks ago I would be able to run 5k! Thanks for all the advice on here - it's been really valuable 😃
