Hi I've just started! Did my W1r1 this morning, feel really proud of myself but also a little daunted at the road ahead! I've done it before but am carrying a bit more weight now. Found the last 2 runs tough and probably only managed 50 seconds of them, hopefully better on Tuesday when I've "booked in" my next run! Vic x

Thank you, I know I can do it. Just need to stop comparing myself to my younger, fitter sisters!!

You've done the hardest bit, IMO, on starting, so a huge well done to you.

Stick to the programme, stretch, take your rest days and post here often for support and encouragement. And enjoy the transformation 🙂

I have one younger fitter bendier sister.... I reckon I can tackle the fit and bendy bit, but perhaps not he age thing. Looking at your name, you could be my younger fitter bendier sister... us oldies can and will do the programme. Well done on doing the hardest run

Slow and steady is the mantra.. as slow as you need. Take those rest days too... they are so important! The trick is, as you move on..just keep looking at how far you have come...not what is ahead... you will be fine:)
