Week 1 under my belt

Ha ha, autocorrect wanted me to write "Week 1 under my belly" which is about right actually. Looking forward to hopefully being slightly less wibbly wobbly around the waistline as the weeks progress. Anyway, the first 3 runs are now behind me and I think I am feeling ready for week 2. I took my 8 year old out with me this morning as a bit of motivation - he was impressed with my speed walking between runs!

Thanks for the replies - yes, I'm a child of 1970. Determined to be fit for 2020 and the big birthday!

I've always been a fast walker, it's a bit of a family joke that no one can keep up with me but I think it is probably to my benefit in the between run walks. In fact I probably walk faster than I run!
