My sister and I have started c25k again. We completed our first 5k cancer run last July. Unfortunately 2 weeks later I had a fall whilst running and tore my hamstring off my pelvic bone and had to have an operation to reattach it. Really struggled with my breathing today not sure I can do this and again. Feeling overwhelmed.

Ouch, that sounds nasty! At least you've done it once so you know you have the mental stamina to achieve it? Take it as easy as you need and I'm sure your sister will be there all the way to support you!

Respect, for getting out there again.

Make it easy on yourself and peg your pace back. You have nothing to prove and a broken body to repair.

You can do it.
