Hi,

I've just come across this very beautiful 7 minute yoga sequence for runners, suitable for before and after a run, or to use on rest days. What a gift! Namaste! 🌳

It's good! I had never done it but started doing .Jillian M dvds and she uses Pilates, yoga, jump training, plyo and boxing, weights etc , so I got into it then. You can feel it doing you good

No wonder yoga has been around a while πŸ˜ƒ

I haven't come across Jillian M, I'll have to look her up. Then again, it's how to fit it all in! Not sure how I'm going to get my run in today, kids are at home, hubby's out at work til 10 pm. Might have to run on the spot at home! 😁

Her dvds are fab. No nonsense kick your arse stuff

Her yoga DVD is daft though. Yoga done at breakneck speed, which I just don't get. Seems a recipe for disaster to me . I have done much if it though but it's too frenetic. I think you need to be a bit Zen with the yoga πŸ™‚

Adrianne! Lovely. This is one of her quieter moments! She also does a good 30 day programme.

I am keen on Ekhart yoga with Ester.

Ooh, I'll look those up, thanks for the tip! What is Ekhart yoga?

Its Ester Ekhart. She does a very good one for runners which i often do post run. But there are lots of others too. Adrianne can be a little loud at times for me..... she is v outgoing! But i do like her 30 day programme. Her newer 31 day seems a bit more intense.

I have also began pilates on Youtube too to aid core strengths Enjoy!

Loud and yoga shouldn't be in the same sentence, should they! I'll take a look at Ester. Lots of good stuff around, it's amazing. Thank goodness for the internet. I grew up in the dark ages!

I am very achey at the moment post Hill race, and running quite a bit plus dog walking a lot so I feel some yoga coming on

Makes me feel chilled just thinking about it.

Thanks Blue Jay! I've been thinking about trying some yoga alongside the Pilates I already do and this little clip was perfect & a little auspicious as I'm also an Adrienne when not being SlinkyMalinki!! Thanks to Jacs & MissWobble too for their recommendations. I'll be checking those out later.
