Yoga for tired legs
I use videos by yoga teacher, Esther Ekhart. She shares lessons on YouTube. Here is one she has for Yoga for Runners. youtube.com/watch?v=PjGlXtb... She also has good videos for hip openers: youtube.com/user/yogatic
Tks that's great

Totalbeginner, if you've not done much yoga before I'd recommend Esther's series of yoga for beginners 1 - 5

In the Yoga for Runners video in the link in my first post, I think she goes a bit fast if the poses are new to you. In the beginners series she explains the basic poses.
I use a Tara Stiles one if my legs are sore which I like and which is easy to remember so I don't need to set up the laptop each time I want to do it! It really helps stretch my calves in particular.

Be warned, she is a former model so she's got a fab figure that I will never, ever have
its the legs I think! she does look fab, esther does too. they have all got fantastic houses/backdrops! re yoga at home, do i need the proper mat? I think it will have to go on the xmas list (along with garmin watch......) the last time i did yoga was at Uni (10 yrs ago) and I wasnt really that good then. fast forward 10 yrs (and 2 kids) later i think the more basic moves the better. I will defintley check out the yoga for beginners swanscot. cheers again
Thank you so much for these links!
Tara posted this on her facebook page last night, think she wins the backdrop contest! Might be useful for those with hamstring pain.

Also, anyone looking a cheap and cheerful yoga mat - tesco do them for about a fiver. They smell very plasticy but they are sticky so you won't slip on it. Wouldn't recommend doing it on just your carpet in case you slip and do yourself an injury. You might also find it sore on your wrists as your hands would sink into the carpet rather than give you support.
Thank you - wish my back garden looked like this
