Hahaha, I think I should be able to do the no 1, then sort of no 2, no 3 will see me flat on my back and no 4 well I leave this to anyone imagination ! 😂

Thanks. This is good. I do yoga daily and I find it really is useful before and after a run. I can also recommend Yoga By Adriene's videos for runners on YouTube.

Oooh - I'll look out for those - thanks. I've been wanting to add some yoga to my routine for a while - never seem to get time to go to classes.

I struggle to bend my leg up backwards to stretch thigh muscle, and the wife is worse than me! 😕Ha Ha...

You get more flexible as you progress Rob. Same with anything, the more you practice it the better you get. I've found that since starting to do JM DVD's. Yoga is really good for stretching out that bod. You control the moves and the depth of the stretch so it feels rather good actually.
