My old running shoes from 2 years ago have had it, they have holes in them and hardly any tread . I'm doing last run of week one in them tomorrow . My question is do I need to go and run on treadmill in store as before or could I just order same make (brooks adrenaline gts) my feet wont

have altered will they? Thanks in advance for your advice .

Your feet probably won't have changed too much, but your shoes will have.

If you liked them, I'd just buy the same ones again. But they will feel weird because your old ones won't have been offering proper shock absorption and support for a long time now.

You might well be still be able to get the exact same model if it's only two years old. Have a google to see if you can still get it 😃

There brooks adrenalin gts13 so they may be older than I thought,or a old model when I got them. Ive googled them ,no joy .

If you are thinking about spending that much, probably worth going to a good running shop to be fitted for a later model?

As my mega fit Dutch running friend says, your feet are your body's foundation. And you don't mess about with foundations, so take a deep breath and work out how £100 can miraculously become cheaper..... try the cost per run method, or start scanning the web for offers, we are in sale time now, so maybe, just maybe Cinderella's running slippers will be cheaper. good luck finding them
