Week 6 in the bag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For anyone in the early weeks, looking ahead and thinking I cannot ever imagine getting to week 6 (let alone week 9 as I think the end of week 5 and week 6 are far more daunting) I just wanted to say YOU CAN DO IT!!! I could not run for even 1 minute before I started this without struggling for breath and almost collapsing. I cannot believe the power of this programme and blown away that it has got me this far. Even today, i was shattered as it was the end of term yesterday (I'm a teacher) and felt quite negative about the run, and yet I have just done it. Totally knackered, bright red and sweaty (!!!) but I have done it!!!!! I feel really positive now about getting to graduation!!!! YAY 😊
