W5r3, failed at the first 20 minute run...

I was doing ok until the last quarter. I was shuffling along, starting to feel nauseous and waiting for Laura to tell me there's only 1 minute left so I could give it my all for the final 60 secs...but then she said 2 more minutes! Probably because the final minute always feels sooo long I inwardly went OH MY GOD and just stopped.

But at least 18 minutes is still progress over last week. I'm already somewhat looking forward to trying again in 2 days, so that's something. Honestly though, it's nice of Laura to keep me updated but sometimes I wish she just wouldn't say anything until the last minute or so. Haha

You didn't f*** as we do not use that word here you just had a practise run don't dwell on it think how far you have come go out on the next one and nail it.

Get rid of the block about the last notification/ Tell yourself before you start that you are going to run steady for twenty minutes.

You did great. You know where you are now, so you can complete it next time.

You definitely did not f**l, as you've already been told, it was a practice run. Now you've practiced you'll smash it next time. Have faith and keep it slow, slow, slow ... it doesn't matter how far you run so you might as well take your time.

You're doing brilliantly to get this far, just think how far you've come.

Good luck and happy running!
