W4 rerun

I'm redoing a few weeks to help build up my knee. Today I moved on to W4R1, forgotten what a little blighter this week is! Really struggled with the first 2runs and eventually settled in on the last run. I can understand now why some people prefer to keep going once they start, rather than doing the intervals!

Well done! Make sure you're doing some strength exercises for your knee.

My physio has got me doing lots of exercises, that should get the muscles working that are causing the knee problem.
