How do you mean - all funny? What are the symptoms? And congratulations on doing the 20 minutes

It's hard to explain part from funny lol. Not sure if my blood pressure drops or what a bit out of body experience!!

just out of interest did you get a general check over when you started exercising? I only ask because I know my heart rate would shoot up sky high to start with, I would feel like my scalp was lifting off my head, and was all tingly and i would feel a bit spaced out. Its getting a lot better now, but I did get a general health check at my GP when I wanted to start running and I use a heart monitor to make sure I'm being sensible and to tell me when to slow down.

I must admit I didn't, I'll see how it goes. What dirt of heart monitor do you use?

I started with this one amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00... which was a basic one and a watch with it, but I always use runkeeper when i go out so i got this one amazon.co.uk/Polar-Bluetoot... for valentines day. Its not a bad idea though, just to get a general well woman check up from your GP

If you do end up getting one though, the second one I got was quite awkward to pair with runkeeper - had to look up a cheating way online :) but now it is paired, its great.

Well done for giving it another go & not giving up. Sounds like you are making positive progress. Hope you're feeling ok though???

Many thanks. I feel fine half way through the walk down. How is it going for you I think we are around the same stages?

I did W7 R2 last night & hubby came with me and that really helped - took my mind off it. Felt a bit slow as he is much fitter than me but I did it. Will do run 3 on Thursday so we'll see how that goes! Keep going with yours - we will get there :)
