So getting to week 7 has taken me a lot longer than expected thanks to various illnesses one after the other but I haven't given up and finished week 7 today.
I'm still finding running for 25 minutes tough going, but mainly as a mental thing, my body gets tired but it's not too difficult to keep going and don't get out of breath.
I am not running anywhere near 5k yet but I'm going to keep going and as I do it more I am hoping my pace will get faster

I did w7 r2 today and like you still find it tough but I think back to week 1 and I never thought I could be running 25 minutes . Keep going you will smash week 8 .
