I'm due to be doing W6R2 tomorrow morning....but struggled with the stop start on Monday's run π am I best to stick to the 2 x 10 minute runs as per the programme or would I still succeed if I did a 20 minute run? π€

I found the first run of week 6 hard as well after the step up to 20 mins last week. I'll be doing run 2 on Thursday and wondering how it'll go. Maybe the reduced humidity will make it better than anticipated. I'd stick to the programme. Let us know how it goes ππΌββοΈπππΌ
I just completed wk6 R2 this morning and for the first time really enjoyed running. I changed my route and felt like I could have ran through the 3 minute walk, but decided to follow the program and conserve my energy for run 3. Good luck this morning.
