Hi I am a 40yr old guy who has not done anything since giving up rugby 8yrs ago! Currently 16.5st and would love to loss 2 stone & be able to do a 5k!

Well you have come to the right place and have found a great programme! Many of us here have returned to running following years of, erm, inactivity - often to find (as I did) that it becomes massively important in our lives. I cannot imagine not having running in my life now. Good luck with your runs and remember to take things steady in these early stages - and most of all...enjoy!🙂
