Hi - I'm new here. I just don't seem to be able to stick to my plans for healthy eating and regular exercise but haven' given up yet! I am hoping a community like the site will help.

I’m one of those great starters and then wonderful giver uppers, I run with my partner who keeps me going but even so I get a kick out of posting about our run so have to go so i can tell about it lol

Good luck, read lots of posts they are motivating and tell us all about yours and most of all have fun

Yes me too- lots of enthusiasm but easily derailed. I am already finding this site great and am going to try my first run today -Thanks everyone for your encouragement .

Does getting out there seem a bit too daunting? I was 💩 myself.

Just get out there! It will be the best thing you've ever done! Find a quite place, and listen to Michael Johnson.. it will change your life

I had quite a few attempts at C25K. Never got past week 1. This time something just clicked into place and it really is one of the best things I’ve done.

They say it takes 12 weeks to create/break a habit.

What are your barriers?
