I’m one of those great starters and then wonderful giver uppers, I run with my partner who keeps me going but even so I get a kick out of posting about our run so have to go so i can tell about it lol

Just get out there! It will be the best thing you've ever done! Find a quite place, and listen to Michael Johnson.. it will change your life
I had quite a few attempts at C25K. Never got past week 1. This time something just clicked into place and it really is one of the best things I’ve done.
They say it takes 12 weeks to create/break a habit.
