Well done, enjoy the feeling.
Well done my friend👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼Been following you since the beginning and delighted to hear you are now a graduate. Nice pink shoe profile picture! Almost missed your post as i didn't recognize you😜
My first two weeks after graduation went well, three 30s each week, BUT... since then, not so good.
Last week I had MIL to visit from U.K., went away with her for a few days( took running gear with me but never used) , the mosquitoes here are really bad in the evenings and it's been 30+ degrees every day reducing options further😞. Usually go mon, wed, fri. Having missed mon and wed, I was tempted to write off the whole week but I read around the forum again and inspired by the old " any run is better than no run", I went for a 24 min run ( only 3.6 km).
Here I am, Tuesday lunchtime, MIL safely dispatched to airport, but only one run last week and none yet this week😱. Too hot to go now😞
There seem to be two approaches to post graduation, one is to just run for fun ( clearly didn't work for me!) and the other is to follow another set of podcasts for the structure, so I guess that's what I need.
Well done again, bask in the glory, bask in the sun and bask in that smug feeling😀😀🏃🏼♀️🌟👍🏼🥇🥇🥇
