Can't help but feel a tad proud of myself I've done it and with all the support of this forum I never doubted I could ... never posted til now but read in awe and optimism everyone's progress it's helped with every demon especially the 'I'm too slow'

My scruffy dog and I will continue to now plod the paths and roads and continue to get fitter feel better and generally enjoy life more !!
