First Parkrun!

This was my first post graduation run and my longest run as well 37 odd minutes. I did struggle in the last third so really did feel those extra minutes but it was a full 5k! I liked the change of scenery and it was also good people watching - there are all sorts and no one looks any weirder than anyone else!

So I'll be back for more thats for sure

I did first Parkrun today too. New route and more hilly than my normal training route! Really pleased that I kept going.

My parkrun was also hillier than I'm used to - half the course was a steady incline, but for some reason the other half just seemed flat!

What ever happened to what goes up must come down. Doesn't seem to apply to running routes!
