Well done you! Nearly there! I did the penultimate run yesterday- the toughest yet for me but I also don't want it to finish as each weeks been a real achievement. Can't believe I can run for 30 mins. I think I might just repeat week 9 a few more times to try and up the pace a bit before I try either a Park Run or the C25k+pod casts.
The support has been fantastic and it's so nice to hear everyone else's stories and milestones. Good luck with your last run!
Have walked but not ran for four days- will try tomorrow as the calf feels better but think I will repeat W6R2 again - thanks for asking- great few days in Whitstable/Epping Forest π³π
